What Causes Armpit Radiating Pain With Burning?

have pain under right armpit -at the tip of the bone -where it has a soft spot and meets the othert ribs - sometimes .tremendous pain comes from it and feels like the muscle if that is it is burning and radiates towards the back and front -Have PC all tests 2 cts and xrays rule this out and tumor did shrink -they believe its the intercostal muscle 6-8 weeks to heal
