What Causes Armpit Rash After Surgery On Right Breast?

Hi my wife recently had breast surgery on her right breast. Thankfully the surgery went well, however, she has developed a rash on her side under her armpit to her love handle region. Wondering if this is something we should be concerned about. Also what should we do?

It can be due to some fungal infection for which you can take antibiotics like cefadroxyl or zifi-cv after an expert opinion along with cetrizine or Avil itching or rashes. Apply betnovate-c cream or clonet lotion locally over the affected area. You can take steroids if not improved with above treatment.
