What Causes Arrhythmia Of Heart Along With Panic Attacks During Nights?

Why can t I seem to sleep? I m really tired from poor sleep from these past couple of days. And when I try to sleep my heart skips a beat and prevents me from resting. Lately I ve been getting these Panic attacks where my heart starts beating fast out of nowhere and I have to stop what I m doing to catch my breath and it s scary.

Thanks for you query,
Most important thing to have concern is to know the type of arrythmia you have, also your should mention your age/sex/any chronic illness . you should get an ECG to check out arythmia and if it is not been picked up in ECG , Holter monitoring is further step.
you have two thing and sequence of them is most important as arrythmia or missed beat is first thing which caused you panic.
you are advised to go for above tests and if anything comes out abnormal then consult a cardiologist and if not ,psychiatrist consulation should required.

Have a nice day
