What Causes Arrhythmia While On A Pacemaker?

Hello, I have had AyFib for over twenty years and am on my second pacemaker. After a second ablation five years ago,mi have been feeling great, but yesterday morning woke up to arrhythmia. After taking my rhytmol medication, my teeth, arms, neck started to ache and I became extremely short of breath just lying in bed. Never experienced this type of AyFib. Thoughts? Recommendations?

Cardiologist 's  Response
Hi,

Your symptoms are not due to arrhythmia or atrial fibrillation anymore.

You should visit your cardiologist and get an ECG done and maybe the symptoms are due to Ischemic heart disease which needs more evaluation by your cardiologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Mohammad Mostafa Ansari Ramandi, Cardiologist
