General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Thank you for your query

Based on your query I would primarily like to rule out aneurysm.
I would clinically examine you & do an MRI of the brain to rule out this potentially serious disease.
This is a bubble of blood that forms in your artery due to damage in the blood vessel.
This can pop and result in massive bleed. Please see your doctor right away or go to the ER.

ARRHYTHMIAS or irregular heart beats can predispose to blood clots that, if dislodged, may lead to stroke. Since you have a history of these, I strongly recommend you visit the ER or your doctor for an electrocardiogram, Echo cardio gram and MRI of the brain. Expect to be hospitalized.
Do not drive. Take someone along.

Hope this helps.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
Wish you good health
