What Causes Arrhythmic Heartbeat Along With Nausea And Fatigue?
I am 19 years old .. For the past 2 days I ve been having abdormal heart rhythms. This is my fourth one today... I ll literally just be sitting there and my heart will just starting beating ridiculously fast. My second one lasted for about 30 minutes.. I started to feel faint and nauseous. When it starts I can not control it or slow my heart rate down at all. I m very concerned .. I ve pretty healthy for the most part and never had problems like this before.
Palpitations can be alarming for anyone but may not necessarily indicate serious heart disease.
This would have to be determined by a visit to your doctor. Your doctor would assess your pulse and blood pressure, take a listen the heart and lungs. He or she would also check for any possible signs of anemia (low blood count) or hyperthyroidism (high thyroid hormone levels)
Blood tests and an ECG to take a look at the heart rhythm, would be needed as well. The blood tests would likely be a full blood count and thyroid function test.
I hope this helps
