What Causes Asymmetric Breast While Having Fibrocystic Breast?
I am 53 years old, have been in menopause for at least 2 years. All of a sudden my right breast has become larger than my left by approximately 2 cup sizes. I am left handed, therefore I use my left arm more than my right. I have also had fibrocystic breast since age 12

Well increase in size of breast has to be considered seriously and evaluated.
Though fibrocystic disease can explain increase in size of breast , other causes of enlarged breast especially cancer has to be checked.
In that regard I advise you to get ultrasound scan of your breast and revert back with report.
