Hello,
Your symptoms are indicative of
inner ear problem. Visit an ENT, get physically examined.
Wax in the ears may cause such symptoms if it's wax you need an ear wash by the ENT, specialist.
If it is not wax, you need to go through an
audiometry test & get tested to assess the degree of deafness you might be suffering from. The whooshing sound you are hearing is called
tinnitus.
If your
doctor diagnosis you with Vertigo, you need to go through a course of medication when you will require to stay at rest, do not drive or do any heavy work.
If deafness is detected you may need a
hearing aid. Gargle with warm saline water 2-3 times a day.
Take semi-solid & liquid food for a few days. Take plenty of water, soups & juice. Take ORS to maintain the electrolyte balance of your body.
Maintain your blood sugar levels to normal; be careful about your diet to maintain a normal blood pressure level.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
