What Causes Back Aches And Uncomfortable Feeling In Abdomen?
Hello, I have had this feeling of uncomfortability on the right side of my abdomen specifically my rib cage area all the way through to my arm pit for about 4 years now. My back aches on the right side and the same is gradually starting on the left. I have a feeling of uncomfortability on going downwards too through to the right side of my scrotum and down my right leg and my skin on the right foot often peels off. Whats wrong with me please help.
Dear patient, The kind of distribution of pain and stretching sensations that you describe appear to be coming from your thoracic and lumbar spine. In case you are a person engaged in heavy work, met an accident previously that jerked your spine, are overweight or have a habit of slouching often in wrong postures, you could be suffering from slipped intervertebral discs in the spine, which stretches the nerves coming out of the spine right at the outlet and hence these radiating pains. please visit a physiotherapist and under his guidance try starting to do some light stretching exercises of the back which strngthen your back muscles and support the stretched nerves. yoga also helps, but gradually. and lose weight if you are overweight.
