What Causes Back And Leg Pain With Light Headedness When Diagnosed With Fibromyalgia?

in the past i was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. However, in changing my environment, i know longer take medications and have no pain or other symptoms. However, since this past weeknd, I woke up with back/leg pains/nausau/light headness... today, i still have some pains in legs and lower back with much fatigue.... could it be a virus height 5'4" weight 175lb former sufferer of situational depression nolonger on meds but monitored by doctor
