What Causes Back And Neck Pain, Nausea, Vomiting, Joint Pain And Fever?
I am unsure if I need to see medical attention. I woke up with nausea and vomiting, my joints hurt, I have a mild fever, back and neck pain, but the strangest symptom is my skin is really sensitive. It feels uncomfortable to run my hands over my arms. I don t know what to make of it.

I really appreciate your concern, if you did not read the body temperature then it is better to keep the record of it because it may not be fever but could be just worm condition, if it turned out to be fever then it can be managed with Acetaminophen and wait for few days because it may be viral infection and it will be okay soon, hope this information helps.
