What Causes Back And Stomach Pain After Taking Godex DS?

my stepson was prescribed Godex DS. he began taking it and now complains of painful back and stomach... the new prescription is something like hyosen or hyophen. What are the side effects of Godex DS. ...and what do you think he is being treated for? my email address is YYYY@YYYY

Godex DS contains Carnitine and Multi vitamins, it helps in emptying the gall bladder and used in the treatment of acute & chronic hepatitis, fatty liver, liver cirrhosis, liver intoxication by drug or chemical substances.
It can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrahea, abdominal discomfort and body odor.

The newly prescribed medication Hyoscine is used to treat the painful abdominal spasms or colicky pain. The symptoms described are suggestive of biliary colic (gall bladder disease due to gall stones).
He needs an abdominal ultrasound for proper diagnosis.
