What Causes Back Pain After Arising?

dr,yesterday i check my bp it showing 170/110 they ask me lot of question you feel headache sleeping disorder for me just few month having back pain only sleeping time morning one hour it will be cure now they prescribed ompress 5mg cap first day i slept without any back pain please advise i have to continue the meedicine or check with one more doctor my age is 45

you are having hypertention. cause of it is to be diagnosed. primary or secondery. hyper tensive profile is to be done. should have sound sleep. get your self free from anxiety. yoga and meditation helps. restriction of salt and fried food. life style change is requered.regular morning walk. you ccan continue medication as advised by doctors.
