What Causes Back Pain After Consuming Alcohol?

I got drunk Saturday (drank less than what I can usually handle). I don't drink very often, maybe once or twice a month. Woke up Sunday with an usually bad hangover and pain in my mid back (on the inside, not muscular) area. Monday woke up and I'm bleeding (not spotting) and I just ended my cycle four days ago. What's wrong with me?

Dear madam,
From the detail case history you have given I have realisexd that the pain in the middle area felt inside is due to gastritis,rthat is due to excessive acid secretion from your stomach.and alcohol is very much responsible for this.also you have told us that you a got a bad hangover which is generally caused by dehydration.again dehydration is a good cause of acute gastritis.so,the hangover and pain are due to gastritis.but as far as your vaginal bleeding is concerned in all probability it has nothing to do with excessive acid secretion.either you go for routine pill therapy or cervical pap smear cytology investigation to know exactly why it has happened.my best wishes for you.thank you.
