What Causes Back Pain Along With Appetite Loss And Chest Congestion?

Back hurt bad and after three days was check to see if there was a bladder infection. No infection. My body aches, back still hurts but not as badly, loss of appetite and find it difficult to eat, congested and now a cough. I have experienced the death of my father followed by a very unexplained job loss in a five month window. I am often cold and have been feverish a few times.
