Hello,

Many causes for constant headache with back pain. It may be a different entity (cervical spondylosis with lumbar spondylosis)) orame problem (rheumatic or autoimmune disease).

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Get it done x-ray lumbar spine and MRI brain.

Use tablet tramadol with paracetamol twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
