What Causes Back Pain Along With Tremors In Hand?

Hello. Our daughter, aged 17, developed severe back pain, hand tremors and severe fatigue 2 year ago. The hand tremors are like parkinsons. Her hands want to clench into a fist. The shaking only stops when asleep. This was frequent for the first year lasting up to a month at a time. Over the 2 years this has become less frequent and flares up intermittently along with fatigue. Took her to two neurologists. MRI and EEG normal. Rheumatologist- low vit. D and told she has hypermobility of her joints. She always has joint pain. Have seen PCP a number of times. Nothing can be found. She has chronic constipation and her pupils are always large. We are at a loss where to go from here. We are very concerned and are trying to find what is wrong before it becomes emergent. Any thoughts? Thank you Cris & Mike
