Hii ,
Welcome To HCM & Thanks For Asking Your Query Here

I have gone through Your query and will try to provide information you need on it

from medical information you provided it seems like you may have calculus (stone) in your kidney but seriously it needs physical examination along with thorough investigation before making any confirm diagnosis

however back pain can be caused by variety of medical conditions including spine and neurological but those caused by spinal and Neuro rarely cause frequent urination and incontinence

if you experience dull , sharp or sudden pain in the abdomen, back, bladder, flank, kidney, side part of the body, testicle, or urinary tract with excessive urination, frequent urination, persistent urge to urinate, or blood in urine
i would strongly suggest you to visit A UROLOGIST Doctor who is specially trained for this kind of problems
he will examine you properly and will probably do all necessary medical investigations including blood test , urinalysis and Xray & ultrasound etc. to rule out underlying cause of your problem

I hope it help
Thanks Again
