What Causes Back Pain And Pain In Loin During Pregnancy?

Hi, i am 9weeks pregnant. And im having a mild pain in my loin, mild back pain and severe headache and dizziness. It's been 6 days i've been feeling like this. But the 1st, 2nd and 3rd day was a severe pain. And i feel hot inside me, like fever. Is this natural for pregnants?

What you are experiencing is not uncommon in pregnant women and so you should not worry about it. A hormonal surge occurs during pregnancy which is responsible for most of the pregnancy symptoms, similarly yours.
