dear doctor i am suffering from backache since long .earlier it was curable with medicines but now a days it going worst day by day .
i have a lot of pain i my back and the pain moves here and there

you definitely need to be investigated for arthritis of the back called ankylosing spondylitis, because it can affect the back as well as cause enthesitis, which can present as pain in the ribs
