What Causes Back Pain Below Ribs?
I m a white male 60 years old, 5 8 160 fit and and I suddenly have back pain. It began two days ago on the right side just below the ribs, then went to both sides and is now primarily back to the right side . I have had a few broken ribs in the last and this is about half as painful but quite stiff and challenging . Thank you

The pain might not be due to rib fracture but this could be due to some spinal disc disease and this need to be ruled out, for the pain you can try "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac" once in day, bed rest is advisable till diagnosis made, hope this information helps, take care.
