What Causes Back Pain, Chest Heaviness, Dizziness And Acid Reflux?
I have pain across my back (center back) and some heaviness in my chest and feel a little dizzy.- I have acid reflux so I have experienced similar symptoms before. I take omeprazole 20 mg. daily. I have had these symptoms for a couple of days now.

With regards to the history ,this is due to gastritis! omez 20 mg will help you out but you cannot constantly be on proton pump inhibitor! A healthy regular diet patter with plenty of fluid , with some exercise will work wonder solving your gastritis!
