What Causes Back Pain In Between Shoulder Blades While Lying Down?
The past few days I have noticed that when I lay down on the floor I get a winding back pain right inbetween my shoulder blades that make me want to arch up or lay on my side. This is typically after I walk home from work (about 35 minute walk). I havent noticed this pain when I lay to sleep at night and it honestly feels like I need to crack my back in the sense it almost feels like there is a sense of pressure. I am 21 years old, female, exercise regularlyy. Any idea? And should I be majorly concerned?
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, muscular pain is very likely and this could be due to spasm and some time this may be due to poor posture, try to maintain good posture, for the pain you can have "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day and this is nothing to worry, hope this helps, and have a nice day.
