Welcome at HCM
I have gone through your query and being your physician i completely understand your health concerns.
what is ur age? For how long u are suffering from it? Any other associated problem? like diabetes or hypertension? which part of the arm got dislocated?
It is very important first to determine the pathology and to identify the joint involved. you should meet an ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON so that u can be properly examined and investigated . you may need to get and MRI of the affected joint to clearly delineate the pathology and after then proper plan can be made in managing your condition
dont waste time and meet ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON
Meanwhile stay calm and use acetaminophen to relieve pain
Get well soon
Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask
