What Causes Back Pain On The Left Side?
I have pain in the left flank on my back. I went to urgent care on thursday. A kidney infection was suspected. I do not have symptoms of an UTI. There was no blood in my urine. Today the Urgent Care called me and said that I do not have a kidney infection. What else could my symptoms be a sign of. The pain is worse when I sit or lie down

In UTI /kidney infection not necessary to present blood always.
Nice your health care provider ensured you are not suffering from UTI.
If your pain not reduce , you have to go for further evaluation ,for exclude kidney stone or , other any problem.
