What Causes Back Pain, Shoulder Aches, Stomach Tightness, Urinary Frequency, Nausea, Dizziness?
ive been having lower back pain, shoulder aches, and my stomach feels tight. I also get these flutter movements in my stomach(gas?). I feel like i have to urinate a more then usual. Also I feel nauseous and dizzy. Yesterday I ate coconut and could taste it the rest of the night. Any ideas?
*note that the last time I had sex was about aug. 20th
In differential diagnosis, it is the biliary colic. Initially, it can be managed with tablet Omeprazole with Domperidone drug once in a day.
If the symptoms remain as it is, then it may demand the investigations, muscular spasm may be the cause, and it may be due to fibromyalgia, stress may be the cause.

Hello, A back pain, shoulder pain, with stomach discomfort formation of flatus all these could be due to dyspepsia (Acid peptic disease ) it is the inflammatory condition. In differential diagnosis, it is the biliary colic. Initially, it can be managed with tablet Omeprazole with Domperidone drug once in a day.
