What Causes Back Pain, Stiffness In The Neck And Migraine?

Hi, My son has been experiencing back pain, neck pain and stiffness, migraines on right side of head and arm and hand discomfort. He also said he sometimes feels disoriented and has occasional chest pains. He was in an auto accident in November 2015 and was hit in the right eye by the air bag. He did not go in for treatment except for eye about a week after accident for blurred vision. They said he had a small hole in cornea although it would repair itself. His vision has improved but has not ever focused normally again. He currently does not have insurance or a primary care physician.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such complain could be indicative of fibromyalgia and it is the functional kind of disease he has to control his thought, try to come out of this condition till then NSAID can be tried but better to see the physician for batter management hope this information helps.
