What Causes Back Pain, Vomiting And Stomach Ache During Pregnancy?
hi, i am currently 30 weeks pregnant. i just some crabs, afterwards, it became hard for me to breathe then i felt strong pain at the back portion of my head.. i can breathe a little better now but what could i do to feel better? also, after i threw out the food i ate my stomach started aching.
It is possible that the symptoms may be related to food poisoning from the crab eaten.
If vomiting or diarrhea occurs, you should hold off solid food until a 4 hour period passes with no symptoms. When this occurs, you can start dry foods eg toast, plain rice etc.
Probiotics would be safe and can be used.
At this stage, you can also consider a small dose of paracetamol if the pain is severe.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
