What Causes Back Pain While Having Stage 4 Lung Cancer?
Hi Doctor My Mother is a Stage 4 Lung Cancer Patient & she is undergoing Chemotherapy session & completed with 1st session ,today suddenly she is feeling a pain in back ,what will be the cause of it ,is it due to chemo medicine or its due to metstasis in spine

Since your mother is suffering from stage 4 lung cancer and she is having pain in back i will advise her to do a Bone scan.
Metastasis in spine can occur and she needs to take morphine tablets twice daily after food to relieve pain.
