General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

If this is the sinus rhythm detected in EKG tracing then it is nothing to worry, although exact tracing needed for proper opinion, and condition may need some further investigations like ECHO and stress test, else the given symptoms has nothing to take anything with the EKG finding, it can be nonspecific.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain,
