What Causes Back Pain With Abdominal Swelling And Pain?

having back pain, it goes around to the ribs, stomach is all swollen and hard in alot of pain, went to different doctors, they havent never told me what it could be. I need to find out, the pain is unbearable, cant hardly sit, stand, walk, do anything.. I ve already had my gullbladder removed

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have back pain with abdominal swelling and pain. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like celiac disease , endometriosis , fibromyalgia , kidney stones , menstruation , urinary tract infection ,gallstones or pancreatitis . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order ultrasound along with endoscopy and stool test . Doctor may prescribe laxative , anti inflammatory , omeprazole , ornidazole or albendazole . Doctor may also refer you to nephrologist for kidney problem . For now eat light , apply warm compresses to back and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain .
