What Causes Back Pain With Lethargy And Lack Of Appetite?
Two year old female became ill late this afternoon complaining of back pain. No vomiting and no fever but felt hot to touch. Normally very active and bouncing into bed but crawled on the floor then into bed and fell asleep immediately which is also unusual for her. Lethargic and no appetite.

The baby must have fallen, need to see the patient, see some orthopaedic surgeon to rule out injury to bones or infection at the said site
