Hi Thank you for asking HCM I have gone through your query. You MRI findings gives an impression of intervertebral disc herniation and associated spondylotic changes. But nerve roots or cord is not compressed. In such case i advise initially with muscle relaxants like cyclobenzaprine NSAIDs like Aceclofenac and neurotropic drugs.I also recommend to do physiotherapy along with this.Using a soft cervical collar also will be helpful.Hope this may help you. Let me know if you have any further query.
