Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Thank you for the question.I would suggest you to have an ultrasound of the kidney, ureter and bladder, urine examination and urine culture/sensitivity test for r/o calculus (stone) and urine infection. The reports shall give clue to treatment. In meantime record your temperature twice daily with a thermometer also note how many times you go for urination, any burning during mictuirition, spasm?
Antibiotic course shall be needed in all probability. So get back after the test or consult a urologist. Take plenty of water orally, avoid spice in food
