What Causes Back Pain,abdominal Cramps And Diarrhea?
What started out 2 days ago feeling like backache and menstrual cramps became severe lower abdominal pain (on the right side), vomiting, and diarrhea. I have had a low grade fever 100.8, headache, chills and sever joint pain. The vomiting and diarrhea have subsided, but the pain in my lower right side continues, as well as the joint pain and fever. The pain is a burning, achy, pain about 3 inches below my ribs on the right side and in my back. Is this just the flu? or should I see a Doctor?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having stomach flu producing fever, pain in abdomen and loose motions.
Nothing to worry as loose motions and vomiting is stopped.
Take antispasmodic medicine like Meftal plus as needed.
Take light food for 2-3 days.
Take plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
