What Causes Back Pain,diarrhea And Stomach Cramps?
Hello, I have recently become fairly forgetful and can t remember if I removed my last tampon (11th or 12th) . Since then (over a week ago) I stopped birth control, I ve checked myself, had my husband check, and had a Pap smear with nothing (in regards to a possibly missing tampon) I ve been have cramps and some back pain with diarrhea (last 24 hrs). Could that be due to stopping birth control or somehow losing a tampon?

First tampon may lead to staphylococci infection.Staph infection by toxin can lead to diarrhea.Along with antibiotic it is treated conservatively.
Second you might have outside food and acquired bacterial , viral or parasitic infection lead to gastroenteritis.stool examination and ultrasound examination helpful in such cases.complete blood examination also done.Antibiotic like oflox and ornidazole combination can be given.
Drink more water.
Take semisolid diet with more fruit juice.
Avoid excess fat food and spicy food.
Avoid smoking if habit of it.
Mostly you will recover within 4 to 5 days.
If still cause not clear finally endoscopy done.
