What Causes Backache And Abdominal Pain In A Toddler?

Hello, my daughter just turned three years old. She s been complaining of back pain with occasional abdominal pain. She had constipation-on miralax daily. Has history of dysphagia-pretty much cleared with swallowing therapy. She was placed on iron for anemia. She was seen by ortho-Had MRI s of entire spine-all negative. Seen by GI-had bloodwork including checking for celiac-all negative-ultrasound of abdomen-negative. Seen by rheumatology-all bloodwork/urine negative. Given Naproxen for pain and Rantidine. I have a h/o RA and husband has ulcerative colitis. Seen by hematology-just your common anemia-kept on iron 3ml daily. Given CT scan of abdomen and coccyx bone X-rays today-all negative. Don t know what to do. Can you see a muscle sprain on spinal MRI s?
