What Causes Backache And Dizziness While Suffering From Spinal Stenosis?

Hi, Iam a 59 yrs old woman and was diagnosed with spinal stenosis on all 3 levels. I am experiencing Mid Back pain, dizziness and a difference in walking....range of movement. Legs are not as easy to move anymore. Iam finding myself not lifting my feet properly causing me to lose balance quite a bit. Are these signs that I should be considering surgery soon? What can I do to slow down the process of it getting worse? Or perhaps even avoid having to do surgery.

Hi, yes these are definitely signs that you require surgery. With this level, it will be difficult to avoid surgery--earler the better--regards
