What Causes Backache And Numbness In The Thighs?

I have an ache in my back mid way between my waist and just below my rib on the right side. In the past few days it sometimes penetrates around my side and has a numbness in the front of my thigh. I have no severe pain but an annoying dullness or ache that just stays there.

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Your back pain and numbness in the thigh are caused by the Lumbar Spondylosis. You need have physiotherapy for back muscles strengthening exercise.

You also need to take tablet Brufen twice daily with capsule Omeprazole once daily before food.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
