What Causes Backache On The Right Side?

Yes please help about 2 months ago I started getting pain on my right side back I was just getting over a urinary tract infection. So I thought it was my right kidney. The pain was about 1 inch wide 3 inches up and down next to my spine. I started drinking lots of water and Cranbury juice. 2 weeks later and it was getting worst and spreading to my right side of waist, with shooting pricking sharp aching pain. I stared taking tramadal 1 tablet 2 times a day first week now I was up to 1, 2times a day and 2 at night. But pain still getting worst and moving to front lower side of right side of my tummy. Burning aching night and day. Some times so bad, others there and shooting pain to lower front tummy. I have seen family doctors, emergency doctors and no one finds anything, they all think it s my kidney than test show no. Give me pain shots and more tramadal. Please help. I can t sleep are hardly do much. I am a female age 65, have diabetic type 2, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, had a heart attack December 22 2017, quadruple bypass December 27 2017.

repeat your urine test and culture sensitivity test. drink more water take alcasol two times daily exclude calculi with ultrasound kub. take mri to exclude pivd lumbosacral spine. consult neurosurgeon.take medication after confirmed diagnosis consult diabetologist and gofor glycosylated hemoglobin test. control your diabetes with medication and diet control take medicine to control bp diea with restricted salt or low salt control cholesterol for which be physicaly active. may have to take statin tablet. take regular morning walk.
