What Causes Bad Breath Along With Flatulence?

my granddaughter got sick and threw up @ her dads over the weekend , she ate a lot of junk , popcorn licorice . she threw up and she got very constipated , she finally pooped today after I gave her some yogurt , but now her breath smells like rotten eggs . she is drinking a lot of water , passing gas and her appetite isn t so good . what is causing her breath to smell so bad ?

I really appreciate your concern, chances of some infection is very likely or could be allergic condition and that might have caused the dyspepsia, jut give here very light, soft, if possible liquid diet would be fine, no need to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
