my question is i have a really Bad breath no mather what i ate or drink any time of the day brushing does'nt help and i also hot a breathing smelling odor witch is also very is very ambarase to talk and seat next close to some one please help me find out what coul be my medical issues i do my dentist fallow up every three month i brush 3 time a day i also fluss please get me an answer please

For now you can start symptomatic treatment to mask the bad smell like gargle with a flavoured mouthwash twice a day.. You should chew mint or menthol flavoured sugar-free chewing gum.. Do warm saline gargles twice a day.. Limit the intake of high aroma foods like onion and garlic.. Drink plenty of water and maintain a good oral hygiene..
