What Causes Bad Odor And Burning Sensation In The Vagina?

I had a sergery back in May for a abdominal wall abscess and tunneling. Months later got rapped in ass by large male. Now I have poop in my vergina and smells bad. I think it s infected because it hurts and Burns at times. Possibly spreading in blood because i have pain shooting down my leg from my female groin area. But I ve been to er and ran test and came up with nothing abnormal. Other then i have 2 cyst on aviary. Said that should go away or need to see doctor. But it s getting worse. And poop and blood seems to be worse . Because it started as clear smelly fluid mostly. Other medical issues are : missing thyroid : heart disease: lupus : hoshymottos : devertyrcious . What do I do when doctors seem to down play my problem because I m homeless on medical .
