Hello I have a very bad odor coming form my mouth and nose. Think it is both? anyway I floss I clean my tongue i clear my nose with saline spray I gargle with dry mouth mouthwash I brush my teeth well. and still use to be from time to time get the odor that just smells very bad for no apparent reason. went away then comes back from time to time but lately it has be staying around almost everyday and sometimes 3 or 4 times throughout the day. what could be the problem?

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done once the cause can be ruled out.. As of now you can take steam with a few drops of eucalyptus oil in boiling water.. You can gargle with flavoured mouthwash.. You can chew flavoured sugarfree chewing gum.. Avoid high aroma foods like garlic and onion.. Drink plenty of water..
