Hello,

Inverted papilloma has a marked tendency to recur after surgical removal. Odorous liquid and semi liquid discharge indicates superinfection. Go for culture and antibiotic sensitivity of semi-liquid discharge. A course of suitable antibiotic may resolve the issue and hastens healing process.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
