What Causes Bad Odoured Green Stools In An Infant?
My 9 mo old grand day has green pasty stools that smell yeasty. She has a yeast diaper rash being treated with a prescription cream for yeast. As soon as the rash is cleared and they stop using the cream the rash comes back with a vengeance. Could the yeast infection be in her GI tract and require a systemic treatment?
Understanding your concern. As per your query your infant have symptoms of bad odoured green stools. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like indigestion , gastritis, peptic ulcer , gastroenteritis , anxiety disorder , food poisoning , irritable bowel syndrome or lactose intolerance.
