General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
What complaints you have put forth indicates that you are having yeast (fungal) infection caused by the organism Candida albicans.
The main symptom of a vaginal yeast infection is itching, burning, discharge, and pain with urination or intercourse.
Kindly wash your vagina with solution like 'V wash' and maintain good hygiene. You need to use antifungal medications like butoconazole or fluconazole which are available as creams, ointments, tablets and suppositories.
Kindly avoid dampness in the undergarments you wear and use the one made up of cotton material.
Hope the information provided would be helpful.
All the best.
