What Causes Bad Period Cramps With Nausea And Back Pain?

Hi I get really bad period cramps, like extremely bad where I m bent over and I can t move. Nothing works to help them. I ve tried every over the counter medication and nothing works. The cramps are crippling and the worst pain. And it s not just cramps, I get dizziness, nausea, back pain and headaches. Do you know what could be wrong?

You can take analgesics like mefenamic acid for symptomatic relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
