HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, in conception phase such symptoms are very likely and this is happening due to dyspepsia and it is not the illness that needs any specific treatment, and it is nothing to worry, but care needs to be taken in diet try to have healthy fresh diet, eat little less but repeat the meal after couple of hours, drink more water, hope this information helps.
