What Causes Bad Taste In Mouth Along With Lower Back Pain?
I have bad taste in my mouth nothing I mean nothing at all taste right. my lower back has pain feels like something is crawling around in my stomach I have also been severely tired and I do not normal sleep much im 47 I feel like im pregnant but im sure im not

If the test of your mouth is lost then this could be due to stomatitis, and this nee to be ruled out, if this is not the stomatitis then this may be due to some stress, even your other symptoms could be due to this only, some time such condition may induced the hallucination, try to come out of this, be positive, practical, try some exercise, keep moral high, hope this information helps have a nice day.
